EU leaders have agreed to grant a Brexit extension until January 31 2020, with the option for the UK to leave earlier if a deal is ratified.
So unless Boris pulls a rabbit out of the hat, which looks as likely as the Labour party agreeing to a general election, Thursday is not going to be a day of celebration.
